Nest Broker is a Kraków-based real estate brokerage. Our task was to build the brand from scratch: logo, colours, visual identity and advertising materials for use indoors and out.

Nest Broker was formed by leading property agents after the break-up of Home Broker. We’ve been with them from the beginning, watching their growth with admiration. What began as an ambitious idea shared by two partners became one of Kraków’s leading firms within a few years. Alongside their strong results, they stand out for their prestige and attention to detail. A property network, two luxurious city-centre offices, a professional system for presenting and marking properties and, most importantly, more than 400 flats sold each year. The branding should reflect that.
