Sometimes we take on really small projects. A business may be small and born out of two friends’ passion, but that doesn’t mean its identity has to be thrown together in Canva. Sometimes an identity is the one thing that sets a small specialist apart in the eyes of their clients. There’s also the halo effect: when a company takes care over how it presents itself, people tend to assume it takes the same care over its service.
