Apartamenty przy Winnicy is a development in the spa town of Busko-Zdrój: a place to invest, a holiday base in a spa resort and a source of passive income through short-term rentals handled by a local manager. The identity was to feel bright, sunny and summery, while also suggesting natural materials and a healthy way of life.
