Every specialist occasionally meets a kindred spirit through their work. Someone who does what they do for similar personal reasons, sometimes a little against the market’s prevailing current. That’s how we feel about Luena. We want to bring something of real value, even when the client expects “just a service”. We probably overdo it sometimes… and Luena probably does too. But work takes up a good part of our lives. It’s good to do it with conviction and feel that we’re not wasting our time.

Luena is a travel brand. But travel isn’t simply a matter of buying a ticket and flying somewhere. A journey happens in the physical world, but also within us. It should have some effect, change something, however slightly. For Luena, travel is a chance to experience what we miss most in life, what we get too little of in our everyday routines. Sometimes that means adventure, a change of scene… and sometimes just quiet, with nothing demanding our attention. Branding Luena means more than design. It means shaping the whole customer journey (a particularly apt term here), so that an unusual service makes sense to the person experiencing it. Together with our client, we’re creating everything from scratch: the logo, visual identity, website, headlines, descriptions, visual style, photography, the way clients are looked after… so that every element belongs to the same journey.
