Following Mateczny Office, Wielicka Office is another large office building in central Kraków by developer Marari. This time, monumentality and elegance give way to airiness and lightness.

Large office buildings can feel heavy and overwhelming. With Wielicka Office, the developer went to considerable lengths to avoid that. A light façade and large areas of glazing reflecting the sky make the building almost disappear — as much as a building of this size can. Our work was to continue that idea: emphasise its lightness and airiness while leaving no doubt that this was a property brand. So we moved away from the usual colours that signal “premium”, choosing a light, pale, pastel palette instead. Every part of a development should say the same thing, in the same voice.
